I found this amazing wooden jewelry box on clearance at Pier 1 Imports. While the discounted price tag was still a little steep for me, I decided to splurge.

Why?

I saw many benefits of this Hives and Honey piece, and it convinced me the splurge was worth it.

Aesthetically Pleasing

A wooden jewelry box can be upscale and stylish, especially if you invest in one from the Hives and Honey line like I did.

One of the most important features for me was that this piece was aesthetically pleasing. I wanted to be able to display this jewelry box in my home as decor and not have it look out of place.

In the past, my jewelry boxes have been hidden away in my bedroom, or I’ve used storage boxes that were best kept in a closet.

This time, I wanted a box I could keep out in the open and access my crystals and stones easily.

Easily Accessible

This jewelry chest is stylish and integrates well into my home decor. That means my crystals and stones are easily accessible any time I need them.

This particular box is versatile. It’s 16 x 9 x 15 inches in size, so it’s not too big nor too small. It also weighs just under 10 lbs, so this wooden jewelry box can be moved around easily and displayed in any room of the house.

It can be displayed on top of a table or dresser, or it could stand alone, due to its compact size.

Built-in Organization

My wooden jewelry box has four pull-out drawers that are roomy enough to store and organize an assortment of small to medium sized crystals.

The top lid opens up to reveal a mirror and multiple ring rolls, which are fantastic for storing sacred rings and other small adornment pieces. The ring rolls are flanked by divided compartments which are perfect for organizing gemstone bracelets or small crystals.

The box has two side doors with necklace hooks inside. The hooks are great for hanging chip stone necklaces and other neck adornment pieces.
